And on my 22nd birthday

And so on 26^th November 2011

I remember asking my Father yesterday , “ Lord! my birthday present from you would be an assurance and answer of my calling”. I had gone to bed at 2 am and so was tired. I couldn’t wake by 4 -5 am, as I was tired and what made me wake up was a call at 6:20 am from Jesus Calls. They had my number and Birth date I suppose !!!!!!!! No! let me frame this properly, I know that God had a divine purpose in this.

My heart moved as I spoke to the person on phone, she was a women. She wished me and asked if I had a prayer request. I told her what I tell to everyone who asks me, “to know God’s will for my life as I have committed my life to His service.” She asked me what kind of ministry I was doing at present and I replied that I was helping my uncle. She began praying for me mentioning specifically about  an EVANGELISM ministry . “ Lord make her an evangelist”, she said. Then all of a sudden

“ You know Lord she is preparing for her exams, please bless her exams….she is young and has committed her life for You”

Now wait a minute ! I never told her I was having my exams!!!!!!!!!

She completed her prayer and out of wonder I asked her name. She simultaneously spoke something “ Jesse ! Do the Evangelism ministry hmmmm !”

I overpowered her voice and asked “ what’s your name sister !”She gave a pause and said she is not supposed to tell that. I thanked and kept the phone.

My heart was glad and a bit disturbed. I felt something for a while. I bowed down my head and asked my Father ,” Lord , was that Your angel?” I was then lead to read the verses of how the angel of the Lord meets Manaoh and his wife. I was shocked to find the similar reference. The couple asked the angel  

Jdg-13:17 And Manaoh said unto the angel of the LORD, What  is thy name ?

Seeing the wonders he just performed.

 Oh Lord, was it You who spoke to me over the phone ????

God knows 'what makes me happy'

This statement that I make is absolutely true . Only God knows what makes me happy. Today out of nowhere, a lady after service came to me and asked me to pray for her eye and gave me a bottle of coconut  oil  to pray and bless it  .(  ACA church where 15,000 + people come every Sunday ) . Even if I consider it practically or spiritually its simply marvelous and God has His hands on this . He knows every cry of my heart and its definitely not because of me but out of His great love that He took out some precious time and thought how to make Jesse happy today . God I love you, I am more happy than I was on my convocation. Out of nowhere !!!!!!! I was in my churidar not even in saree !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hmmmmmm God’s  ways, He is all excited to give His children surprises . What do you think about this ? And I din pray in Tamil of course, she might not have understood a bit but God did. And God will heal her , Willl, will will ! Definitely will .

So are you ready to get on to the journey from here onwards . You might be thinking ‘this Jesse is having high hopes’, no my beloved I have been praying all night , dreaming all day ‘ when will that day come ‘ when God will raise His daughter as a commander for His service. In front of my eyes are pictures like Billy Graham, Kathryn Kuhlman, Oswald Smith, Benny Hinn, Hudson Taylor etc . No! they aren’t  my role model but its Christ alone . Yes, I have been for the past 2 years reading about all these humble vessels used by God. One thing that I always pray and desire, when God uses me in a great way, one thing that God should help me is to walk the talk, and not be a hypocrite.  Maybe I have been seeing people all around me living in a hypocritic lifestyle, it disappoints me a lot. Hardly there are people who live a holy lifestyle without  playing a  double role .
